• Leadership Results Improvement – In collaboration with your senior Leaders, analyze and improve existing processes for senior leader communications and engagement with workforce, customers, and other stakeholders, analyze and improve governance, legal and regulatory, ethical behaviors, and support of key communities.
• Strategic Planning and Implementation – In collaboration with your senior leaders and strategic plan team, analyze and improve existing processes for strategic planning, and defining vision, mission, values, and ™strategic goals and objectives, including evaluation of action plan process, deployment, execution, and results outcomes.

Career Highlights: Before Mr. Mitchell began his consulting career, he was a successful Program Manager in aerospace.

Program Business Manager Hughes Aircraft (1980-1984) Mr. Mitchell was a level four upper-tier manager in this large aerospace firm. He was responsible for controlling costs and schedules in several 100M plus contracts with DoD.

Program Manager Interstate Electronics Corporation (1973-1980) Mr. Mitchell was responsible for marketing and program management of multiple contracts with the Applied Physics Laboratory, MD. He managed teams of engineers and field service contracts and received the company president’s Award for Management Excellence.
