OE21TM Organization Excellence for 21st Century - Our framework for Management Analyst OE Certification
Welcome. My name is Chuck Mitchell and for 25 years my company has assisted over 375 organizations with thousands of managers in getting the most out of implementing the leadership and management practices for high performance provided in the Baldrige Excellence Framework.
Although I semi-retired in 2015, my focus now is on training other consulting organizations and internal consultants to do the work I started..
Although we have created excellent models for all seven Baldrige categories, during our many Baldrige engagements we discovered that our "partially prescriptive" approach works best for categories 4 and 5, and that non-prescriptive approaches work best for categories 1, 2, 3, 6 and 7.
Today, the experts in workforce trends are voicing their concerns about the poor worker engagement, low productivity, lack of innovation, high terminations and lack of employee loyalty. In response, in January 2024, we released our new Workforce Excellence data collection, analysis and improvement models.
