D - OE21 TRAINING QUIZZES: A quiz is administered after each Course Lecture and after students practice exercise inputs of changes to data within the Downloaded OE21 Toolkits. Individual Quizzes must be passed for Lectures 5.1a, 5.1b, 5.2a, 5.2b, 5.2c and 7.3

E -  ASSIGNMENTS - (for most lessons). Use the Course Assignment Instru tions and OE21 downloaded tools and models to practice input of changes to OE21 Toolkit data and make observations of changes in the OE21 Analysis Models. 

IMPLEMENTATION DECISION - At this point your organization has two options:

  • Option 1 -  Go no further for now. All you want is Training. If you have satisfactorily completed OE21 Training Parts 1 and 2 you receive an official training certificate.

  • Option 2 -  Purchase OE21 Site License and optional hourly coaching/consulting, This allows you to download all fully working OE21 Baldrige-Aligned standards, models, tools, and document files for the OE21 Workforce Excellence Training Course Parts 1 and 2 shown on this website. You can implement all OE21 standards, models, tools and document files you downloaded by yourself, or you can purchase hourly coaching to help implement the OE21 program.
